Collar and Comb Grooming is a limited company registered in England and Wales (Reg No. 11571426). Our mission is to provide professional, safe and environmentally friendly services that ensure your pets not only look good but feel good too.

 

We take all our responsibilities seriously and will take all reasonable steps to remain within the law and to promote best practice.

Text, images and other material used on this site, may be subject to copyright laws and you must not copy, use, tamper or in any way alter any parts of this site.

Users of services provided by Collar and Comb Grooming may be invited to register with us.  Registration will enable us to gather further information about you and your pets, including such data as allergies, preferences, breed and visit history.  Please view our Privacy Policy for further details about how we store and use your information. 

 

You can unregister at any time by notifying us by e-mail or talking to one of our team in the salon.

 

4. Membership

We are keen to promote a community and to provide you with access to your own information.  To achieve this, we have created a ‘members only’ section of the site.    

 

To access these pages, you will need to create a user account.   You will be solely responsible for keeping your log-in details safe and secure.  You should not share these details with anyone you do not trust. 

 

All content and activities on your personal user pages is your responsibility and Collar and Comb Grooming reserve the right to suspend or remove members from their site without prior notice. .

 

Collar and Comb Grooming will not be responsible for any data which may be accidentally removed from our site.

 

5. Changes to Services and Prices

Collar and Comb Grooming may from time to time change our services and prices.  We will make every effort to ensure that you are notified of any changes prior to booking your next appointment and that our website is updated in a timely way and is accurate to the best of our knowledge.

 

6. Testimonials, Feedback, Blogs and Forum

We invite all our members and users of the site to freely provide feedback, comment and reviews.  In permitting this, we expect everyone to remain polite, honest, accurate and legal and do not add any content which is discriminatory or insightful. 

 

Any or all comments may be removed without notice by Collar and Comb Grooming and the contributor blocked from adding any further comments

 

Collar and Comb Grooming will not be responsible for the validity or accuracy of information uploaded to our Testimonial, Feedback, Blog or Forum pages. However, all content will be moderated and removed if considered misleading or inappropriate.

 

If you witness or experience any misconduct or abusive behaviour on this site, please e-mail and let us know.

 

7. Indemnity

Collar and Comb Grooming will ensure your pets are kept in a safe environment and we will only use appropriate and well-maintained equipment.  However, we acknowledge that there may be occasions wen your pet will experience harm from our services or from another animal in our care. 

 

We are fully indemnified against such harmful outcomes and will ensure all reasonable action is undertaken to resolve any concerns.

 

8. Duty of Candour

We know that your pets mean everything to you.  If they do come to any harm in our care we will let you know either by phone or when you collect them.
